Continuous Silence  -This utility is designed as a fix for speaker systems that respond slowly to Dolby Digital signals, this results in the first part of some sounds being clipped and only partial sounds being heard or the sound not being heard at all. This utility constantly repeats a sound file that contains silence providing a continuous dolby digital signal. This utility is tested with Windows 8.1 and will probably work with Windows XP and every version in between.  Let me know about your results on other versions of Windows.
